Teleservices launches i-Help
A
power-packed, interactive voice response service for
Tata Teleservices customers

Hyderabad:
Tata
Teleservices Limited, the private basic telephone
service provider for the state of Andhra Pradesh,
has announced the launch of 'i-Help', a 24-hour
voice-activated helpline for its customers.
The
i-Help service is totally menu-driven and handles
fault reporting, new telephone connections, status
of value-added services like voice mail and Internet
connection, and other enquiries.
Mr
Ajay Pandey, COO, Tata Teleservices Limited, said,
“Tata Teleservices Limited is a customer-friendly
organisation that believes in understanding and
addressing the needs of its customers by providing
them with value-added products and services. i-Help
is another step in this direction. We plan to
launch several more such value-added services
in the near future.”
Through
i-Help, customers can dial 121 and follow
the automated menu to understand and use various
call management features such as call waiting,
call forwarding, etc. They can also check their
bill amounts and report faults in their line.
Customer queries and clarifications will be answered
by a company executive.
The
i-Help service is multi-lingual and is currently
available in Hindi, Telugu and English. All our
wireline, wireless and Tata Mobitel customers
will be provided with a T-PIN, which can be used
by them to access these services.
