Tata Indicom, the leading CDMA telecom player, on Monday launched 'InstaReturn', a post-paid scheme, which is cost neutral.

The company, in a statement, said under the scheme a consumer will have to pay Rs499, for which they would get a free talktime of Rs499 for 60 days.

"The new offer has been designed to provide a additional benefits to our post-paid customers. The flexibility of the InstaReturn offer provides the benefits to choose a tariff plan," Tata Indicom Kolkata circle COO Abhijit Pal said.

Tata Indicom was aiming at a one million-customer base by the year-end.
