Tata Technologies has become the first engineering and design company to be assessed at PCMM Level 5, joining the global elite club of 16 companies worldwide that have been assessed at PCMM Level 5. Tata Technologies has one of the largest automotive E&D talent pools in India. It provides engineering and design services and is an engineering process outsource hub for automotive and aerospace majors.

E&D services companies will need to move to world class people processes or be left behind.” The People Capability Maturity Model (PCMM), developed by the Software Engineering Institute of Carnegie Mellon University, is a road map for implementing workforce practices.
