the Asia Retail Congress, Mumbai

Tata Card was honoured with the Best Customer
Loyalty Program Award at the Asia Retail Congress held
in the Taj Lands End in Mumbai recently, in recognition
of its professional efforts. The theme of this year's
congress was: strategies and solutions for business
innovation and transformation.
The Asia Retail Congress is represented by 60 countries
and aims to develop an insight into the current trends
and developments in retailing and the direction the
retail industry seems to be taking in Asia. It aims
at a rendezvous of the best leaders and practitioners
in the retail industry and the focus behind some of
the world's most successful and sought-out corporations,
with the objective of providing a platform for networking
and sharing the best practices for organisational transformation
and development.
