Radhakrishnan Nair has joined the Group HR team as head –remuneration, group human resources, Tata Sons from December 1, 2005.

Mr Nair will head the remuneration area with special emphasis on the internationalisation aspect as we go forward.

Mr Nair was leading the HR function in VSNL till May 2005, and comes back to us after a brief stint with SunTech Business Solutions in Trivandrum.

Mr Nair is a PG in PM & IR from XLRI. Prior to joining VSNL, he was working with Mahindra British Telecom where he was heading human resources function worldwide. His key area of responsibility at Mahindra BT was to strategise action plans in different aspects of people processes. He has had extensive experience in all areas of HR with Citibank NA, Mahindra Ford India, Indian Aluminum Company Ltd. and Eicher.
