Brij Uberoi, EVP, corporate affairs and HR, Rallis, will be joining Group HR on deputation as director, TMTC — Projects, from November 1, 2005, for a period of six months.

Mr Uberoi brings with him a wealth of business knowledge and capability and will be a valuable addition to Group HR. In addition to the specific projects relating to TMTC, he will also be a member of the HR leadership team and support various initiatives and activities in Group HR.

Mr Uberoi will be reporting to Satish Pradhan. He will be based at Group HR in Mumbai but will be required to operate from both Mumbai and Pune.
