CEO joins Serwizsol at Pune

N Rao brings in a rich experience in building and managing
large scale BPO operations and global businesses and also
has an excellent understanding of technology, people and
operational challenges of the business.
A BE from Osmania University,
Hyderabad, he has done his masters in management from
Mc Gill University, Montreal, and an advanced diploma
in management from INSEAD, France.
He has over 22 years of experience.
With considerable involvement in start-ups and an extensive
global management exposure, his earlier assignments
were in the Standard Chartered Bank, Pharmacia, as a
CEO of two non-banking finance companies, as a consultant
advisor at the Royal Bank of Canada.
He was the executive vice president - finance of Siemens
Limited at Mumbai from February 1998 to May 2000.
Mr Rao’s last assignment
was as the managing director of Siemens Shared Services,
Bangalore from May 2000 to June 2005 and he is acknowledged
as being instrumental in building a robust and high
quality organisation, achieving significant growth.
