Ratan Tata inks MOU between TCE and URS

It was a moment of reckoning for TCE Consulting Engineers Ltd (TCE), when Ratan Tata, chairman of Tata Sons Ltd, signed a MOU with URS Corporation of USA, for entering into a relationship to bring to gear the synergies between URS and TCE, to target worldwide projects. The MOU was signed on 14 March 2005 in San Francisco, USA.
