Tata Sons Appointments

- Satish
Pradhan has been appointed Executive Vice President
– Human Resources in Tata Sons Limited.
He will be responsible for the Tata group’s
Human Resource function. Prior to this appointment,
he was in the global Human Resources department
in ICI Plc., U.K. with specific responsibility
for Organization Design and Development. He
has over 20 years’ experience in India
with ICI, Brookebond Lipton, ICL-Fujitsu and
CMC Limited.
Satish Pradhan will join in early April.
- Allen
Sequeira has been appointed Vice President –
Tata Administrative Service and Group Resourcing
in Tata Sons Limited, reporting to the Executive
Vice President – Human Resources.
Allen Sequeira has joined on 1st
February 2001.
- N.
J. Cama, Vice President – Tata Administrative
Service in Tata Services Limited will move in
early April to a group finance role in Tata
Sons Limited, reporting to Ishaat Hussain, Executive
Director, Tata Sons Limited.
- Alex
Emmanuel has already joined as Vice President
– Management Development in Tata Sons Limited.
He too will report to the Executive Vice President
– Human Resources. Prior to this appointment,
Alex Emmanuel was Vice President – Human
Resources, in Tata Liebert Limited.
