Nagabhushana Rao has been appointed chief executive officer of e2e Serwiz Solutions Ltd, a customer contact centre company owned by Tata Sons Ltd, Rao would operate from Pune where the company has a contact centre to provide services like outbound customer care services, including telesales, the company said in a release in Mumbai on Monday. Rao's last assignment was as a managing director of Siemens Shared Services, Bangalore from May 2000 to June 2005, it said.
