The SIES-Nani Palkhivala Union Budget Review 2003 by the former finance minister P Chidambaram will be held at 4.30 pm at the Shanmukhananda Hall, Mumbai, on Sunday. R Gopalakrishnan, Executive Director of Tata Sons will preside over the function being organised by the South Indian Education Society.
