The Tata group has increased its stake in engineering major Voltas from 20% to 25.8% during the last fiscal, chairman Ishaat Hussain said at the company’s annual general meeting. Responding to queries from shareholders about the investment of Lok Prakashan, publisher of Gujarat Samachar in the company, Mr Hussain said: "They are happy with the management." The Gujarat Samachar group has over 14% stake in the company.
