Power sells AHPC stake

Tata Power Company Ltd on Wednesday
said GVK Hydel Pvt Ltd, a GVK group firm, has entered
into a share purchase agreement with the company to
buy its entire shareholding in Alaknanda Hydro Power
Company Ltd (AHPC) for Rs 3.12 crore.
