V2 petrol launch announced

Riding
on the successful run of the Indica V2 diesel
range, Tata Engineering today announced the addition
of its latest MPFI Petrol version to the V2 range.
The Indica V2 petrol MPFI is engineered to deliver
high standards of performance, driveability and
ride comfort to meet growing customer expectations
in the market.
Presenting
the Indica V2 Petrol MPFI version, Mr. Rajiv Dube,
General Manager (Commercial), stated that Indica
V2 Petrol MPFI carries all the attributes of the
Indica V2 range, which have been so well appreciated
in the market place. In addition thoughtful changes
both in the interiors and exteriors add value
to the customer.
The
Indica V2 Petrol MPFI comes with a powerful 1400
CC Petrol Engine with a superior 16 bit micro-processor
driven engine management system, which delivers
the maximum power output in its class of cars
available in the Indian market today. A body colored
rear spoiler with integrated LED brake lights
has been added, along with a chrome tipped exhaust
pipe to give the car a sporty look. The interiors
also wear a changed look with brighter seat fabrics,
two-tone silver central console, sporty instrument
cluster and gear knob to give the car a different
ambience.
The
Indica V2 petrol MPFI will be available in three
trim levels beginning with the basic air-conditioned
LEi model. The next in line LSi model has the
power steering feature along with body colored
bumpers followed by the top end, fully loaded
LXi model.
All
the models are competitively priced and will be
available at ex-showroom price beginning at Rs.
3.22 Lacs (Ex- Mumbai).
