GM, Tata to unveil Formula racing car

General Motors
India and Tata Motors are going to unveil their single-seater
formula racing car at the Castrol Autocar Performance
Show, slated to take place from December 1-4 at the
Nehru Centre in Worli, Mumbai. The show will showcase
some of the best and latest performance cars and motorcycles,
including global players like BMW, Porsche, Audi, Rolls
Royce and Mazda.Porsche will showcase its entire India
range, including the Boxster Roadster, the Cayenne SUV
and the classic 911 coupe. The show will also exhibit
BMW 500 bhp M5 Sports Saloon, Rolls Royce Phantom and
Range Rover Sport. In the two-wheeler segment, bikes
such as the Suzuki Hayabusa, Kawasaki ZX 12 R, Moto
GP-bred Yamaha R1, Honda CBR 600 RR and the Harley Davidson
V-Rod will be showcased at the event. "One of the
highlights of the exhibition will be the Castrol rally
car simulator, which is a replica of the world rally
championship winning Ford Focus car.
