Telco’s Rs 132.69 crore senior pass through certificates backed by hire purchase receivables have been assigned ‘MAAA(SO)’ conditional rating by Icra. The rating, is conditional upon compliance with terms of the structured obligation and legal vetting of documents by Icra.
