Tata Metaliks is now subsidiary of Tata Steel

Kalimati Investment Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Steel, has acquired 604,383 equity shares of Tata Metaliks. Pursuant to the acquisition, Tata Metaliks has become a subsidiary of Tata Steel.

According to a release issued by Tata Steel to the BSE today, the company, along with Kalimati, holds 50.05% stake in Tata Metaliks.
