Patton Ltd, along with their group companies Patton Enterprises, Patton International and PIDCO, has acquired 8,500 shares of Tata Metaliks in the open market, representing 0.034 percent of the voting rights. Post acquisition, the shareholding of Patton Ltd and its group companies in Tata Metaliks is 12,64,864 shares, representing 5.0018 per cent.
