Infotech lines up 100 centres

Embarking
on a domestic and overseas expansion drive, Tata
Infotech will set up another 100 centres in the
country primarily in B and C class cities this
year besides entering new markets like Africa
and Latin America. "We would be looking at
100 non-metro cities primarily in B and C
class cities in Punjab, Karnataka, UP and Himachal
Pradesh among others to set up about 100 centres,"
Rahul Thapan, head, education business, said,
adding the company would also set up 20 centres
in foreign markets.
