The management and union of Tata Cummins signed a bonus agreement on Monday afternoon. According to the agreement, the employees will get a bonus similar to their counterparts in Tata Motors. About 700 employees will be entitled for a bonus of Rs 18,001. They also agreed to form a joint committee to work out a bonus plan on a percentage basis from next year.
