is central to the value system at Tata Chemicals and
the company has always prided itself on its relationship
with the communities that it serves. We have a stated
CSR policy that is strictly followed. The policy translates
into various developmental initiatives that we undertake
for our employees, the environment and the communities
around our plants. Additionally, volunteerism is encouraged
and recognised throughout the organisation. This also
helps us to fulfill our CSR goals."
