N. Atmaramani retires as MD of Tata Mutual
Fund

Mr
K. N. Atmaramani has retired after serving for
seven years as managing director of Tata Mutual
Fund. He has been involved with active fund management
for more than four decades. He worked for 17 years
with UTI and also served as the fund's executive
trustee. Prior to that, he worked for 15 years
in the investment department of The New
India Assurance Co. Ltd., and for two years with
BEST and SBI.
He
will be taking over as non-executive chairman
of HDFC Securities Ltd., where he is already a
director.
