Dev Bajpai has joined the Indian Hotels Company as vice president — legal and company secretary, with effect from February 6, 2006.

Bajpai is an ACS from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a law graduate from the University of Delhi. He has over 15 years of experience in the legal and secretarial fields in companies like Maruti Udyog, Mark Auto Industries, Kelvinator (India), Parasrampuria Synthetics and Marico Industries.
