Tata Chemicals launches Tata Sampann with a focus on providing everyday nourishing foods
The umbrella brand will house the current and the future food portfolio
National: Tata Chemicals (TCL), a global company with interests in businesses that focus on LIFE: Living, Industry and Farm Essentials, today announced the launch of a new brand, Tata Sampann, under its consumer products business. Launched with a focus on delivering food products that fulfill everyday needs of nourishment, Tata Sampann will act as an umbrella brand and will house the current and the future food portfolio including the unpolished high-protein dal range and low-oil absorb besan made from 100 percent chana dal.
With a view to expandits footprint in the foods category, the consumer products business has adopted the singular strategy of providing tasty and authentic everyday nourishing food, which will cater to the needs of home makers who are looking at providing wholesome food to their family without compromising on taste. With unique nutritional benefits, high palate appeal, stringent sourcing and processing, Tata Sampann products retain the natural goodness of the produce, thus delivering the highest quality and superior sensorials.
’Sampann’, a Hindi word, means ‘enriched, prosperous, complete’ and connotes the brand’s purpose to offer that extra nourishment in daily foods.Set against a green backdrop which symbolises the purity and authentic goodness of products, the creative elements that completes the repackaging of the product, has been executed by DMA Yellow Works and Leo Burnett.
