The Spa aims to be a guide towards a life of physical, mental and spiritual equilibrium. Designed to reflect elements of nature, Jiva is soft, minimalist, and luxurious. It offers India's ancient healing wisdom in a refreshing new setting. Contributing their skill to the wellness experience are trained practitioners of ayurveda, meditation, yoga as well as Indian and other signature body therapies.

The health club block occupies an approximate area of 14,500 sq mts with separate entrances for in-house guests and other members of the Jiva spa. The ground floor inducts you into the Jiva Club, designed exclusively for the fitness conscious. Offering a comprehensive training programme, the gymnasium here is equipped with chosen equipment from Techno Gym Selection Line, specially imported from Italy with integrated touchscreen television. The gym area, with large clear glass panels, looks out to a beautifully landscaped garden area complete with water fountains and jogging tracks.

The first floor offers treatment/massage rooms along with a wet area consisting a chill pool, Jacuzzi and steam room. On offer, strictly by appointment, are scrubs and wraps carried out with natural products, beauty treatments, health oriented ayurveda menu, Indian therapies, healing and meditation. An ayurveda doctor is also available for consultation. The same floor houses an exclusive Studio for aerobics and yoga, the speciality here being Bihar yoga. This form of yoga is also being introduced in other Jiva spa across the Taj, to help maintain continuity for patrons of the Taj.

The second floor is the relaxation area for after-spa treatments where guests can unwind after their specialised treatments. The ambience here is compulsively calming. Face to face with a breathtaking view, every couch in this silent zone with exclusive access, has an attached MP3 player and a variety of newspapers to read. A juice counter on the same floor services guests in the relaxation room.

The third floor, also the rooftop, has an open swimming pool area and a snacks/bar counter. The specially created table and chair arrangement for children has been well thought out and is sure to be a hit among the children.
