	Nelco has been conferred the Amity HR Excellence Award for the year 2007. The award was presented at a glittering function on August 22, 2007 at Noida. Nelco was selected for its comprehensive HR practices among several other organisations that were researched for best HR practices. A panel of judges comprising leading authors, academicians, and industry leaders, took into account factors such as talent acquisition, lower employee turnover, lower absenteeism rate, increased customer satisfaction, higher economic returns and greater sustainability examined using surveys conducted by renowned HR consultants and a research team of faculty and students.
