Bags awards in residential as well as commercial categories at the CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards 2009
Tata Housing, one of the leading real estate companies in the country, with a vision to provide quality life spaces in India, today received the highest level of achievement in the property and real estate industry in Asia Pacific, as two of its projects were declared one of the best in the category at the CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards 2009. The awards are the Asia Pacific edition of the International Property Awards, the industry’s most prestigious award programme globally.
The International Property Awards is a world-renowned mark of excellence and celebrates the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. These awards are judged by a highly experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines.
Xylem, the company’s Leed Gold certified IT park in Bengaluru was successful in winning an award for the Best Office Development in the commercial category and Raisina Residency in Gurgaon built on the theme of art and culture, was successful in winning an award for Best Development Marketing in the residential category.

The International Property Awards are split into regions covering America, Asia Pacific, Europe & Africa, Arabia and UK and the participants enter at their relevant national level. Each region then has winners in prescribed categories under given parameters and the highest-scoring winners from each region are automatically entered into the overall international awards, which ultimately determine the world's finest property companies.
Tata Housing as an award winner in the Asia Pacific Property Awards, 2009, are invited to attend a glittering awards dinner for the Asia Pacific region on July 16, 2009, where the star ratings for the projects would be announced.
