Drive India Enterprise Solutions receives Castrol Award for logistics

 
The company outshines international heavyweights to claim award for CFA operations 

Drive India Enterprise Solutions (DIESL), the logistics arm of the Tata group, has received the Castrol Award 2010 for CFA (Commission and Forwarding Agent) Operations. The award was given away by Adnan Ahmad, director, supply chain management, Asia Pacific, Castrol, on March 5, 2010.

CFA operations include providing full safety and security to customer property (stocks), maintaining health, safety, security and environment within the warehouse, ensuring the maintenance of road safety norms, redressal of customer complaint related to warehouse, adherence of SOP ( standard operating procedure) provided by the clients, and reporting to client management regarding the activities through various report formats provided by them.

Fifteen CFAs including international heavyweights like Agility Logistics and Casby Logistics were in the fray for the CFA operations award. DIESL, being the highest sales grosser in the northern region and its commendable customer service in the industrial and heavy-duty market segment led them to achieve this award.
