Tata Power Delhi Distribution (formerly North Delhi Power) is a power distribution company that operates in Delhi, India. The company was set up as a 51:49 joint venture between Tata Power and the government of Delhi in 2002. The company has a consumer base of over 1 million customers and supplies a peak load of 1,150 MW.
