Gateway

Gateway, the new hospitality brand from Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, is a pan-India network of upscale hotels and resorts that offers travellers a warm, contemporary experience

The concept behind Gateway is to brand each hotel as gateway to a destination. The hotels will be located at business and leisure sites and will explore new formats under business, leisure and extended stay categories.

Gateway hotels are located at Agra, Bangalore, Calicut, Chikmagalur, Coonoor, Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Madurai, Mangalore, Nashik, Sasan Gir, Surat, Vadodara, Varanasi, Vijayawada and Vishakhapatnam. New hotels are coming up in Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Pune. Also on the anvil, is a plan to launch hotels in Jallandhar, Mysore, Navi Mumbai, Raipur and Gondia.

The hotels offer guests all the facilities required for leading a healthy lifestyle. The rooms have yoga mats and the hotel has buffet breakfasts with health food options and a new in-room dining menu. The customer experience has been divided into zones such as enter, stay, hangout, meet, work, workout, unwind and explore.

The Gateway brand will continue to deliver the high standards of quality expected from the Taj and the Tata group, and to meet the high expectations of the people it serves.
