The former administrator and diplomat, P.N. Dhar, industrialists Ratan Tata and Lakshmi Niwas Mittal, the former Chief Justice of India, Justice A. S. Anand, scientist and co-winner of the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize Dr. R. K. Pachauri, Delhi Metro Corporation chief E. Sreedharan and the world chess champion Viswanathan Anand were honoured on Saturday with the Padma Vibhushan for their outstanding contributions in their respective fields.
