Tata
Exlsi is distributing the Grass Valley Pro Line.
The Pro Line helps create and deliver stunning presentations
without committing extra staff or expensive hardware.
A key component of this line is the Turbo iDDR.
Created by Grass Valley, the market leader in broadcast
content storage and delivery, the iDDR is tailored to
the unique demands of the professional presentation
industry, including applications such as events and
staging, distance education, presentation and communication,
production, and many other professional video applications.
The
iDDR is a cost-effective, compact
digital record, edit and playback device and surpasses
the capabilities of videotape recorders and digital
disk players. It fits right into existing professional
audio visual environments, and can load content as audio
or video, or as .les from removable media. And if content
is being created on desktop systems, the Turbo iDDR
can sit right on the same network and exchange content
at high speed.
It can manage and select media
clips, edit and trim clips, and playout while including
playlist creation, and offers two playout channels for
independent editing and reviewing, or for delivering
content to two different display systems simultaneously.
Recordings can also be made on the iDDR, from a camera
or other media source through IEEE 1394 Firewire, removable
storage devices, USB 2.0, and data transfer over standard
Gigabit Ethernet networks.
