Ace Indian driver Narain Karthikeyan finished creditable eighth in the qualifying rounds at France’s Magny Cours Circuit on Friday despite being confused following a 200-km/h crash during a practice session held earlier in the day, according to a Tata press release received here on Saturday. Preparing for fifth leg of the 2002 Telefonica World Series, Narain’s car crashed on the fifth lap of morning practice session.
