Jusco conferred with Highly Commended Certification at GWI Global Water Award 2008
Jusco has been conferred with Highly Commended Certification as “ one of the most effective water service providers on the Indian subcontinent” during the GWI Global Water Award 2008 function held on April 21, 2008 in London. Jusco was nominated under “Water Company of the Year” category along with three other international water giants, namely Veolia Water, Beijing Capital and CH2M Hill. Jusco is the first and the only Indian water company to have received this certification which recognises its significant contribution to the development of international water sector particularly in Asia and the Indian subcontinent, where considerable improvement has been witnessed in the utility that Jusco is operating at Jamshedpur.
