Percy T Siganporia is the managing director of Tata Tea. He began his career with TAS and has been associated with Tata Tea since 1975 in various capacities, becoming its executive director and CEO in 2000. He has 31 years of experience in marketing and management in the tea industry.

Siganporia is a science graduate and has completed PGDM (marketing) from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
